Exline has named Rick Hilts as a technical sales rep within its Ignition and Automation Division. Hilts began his technical sales career in 1986 as a sales specialist with SC Johnson Wax. In 1999, he moved to commercial and residential construction where he worked as an estimator, project manager, and general manager. In 2018, he transitioned back to a technical sales position where he focused on identifying mechanical applications and selling controls to the OEM construction, agriculture, and outdoor power equipment markets.
Headquartered in Salina, Kansas, Exline repairs and services machinery for the gas compression, power generation, industrial manufacturing, and plastics and rubber compounding industries.
