AG Equipment Co. has named Terry Baldwin as chief commercial officer. Baldwin joins AG Equipment from FW Murphy, where he worked for 37 years, most recently serving as vice president. In his new role, Baldwin will lead the development and execution of AG Equipment’s commercial strategy, oversee all marketing activities, and build strategic partnerships. His focus will be on long-term growth, market expansion, customer segmentation, and product mix optimization, the company said.
