Gardner Denver Holdings Inc. has acquired LeROI Compressors. The US$20 million deal expands Gardner Denver’s gas compression and vapor recovery portfolio and introduces a wider distribution network and greater research and development resources to LeROI.

Headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA, Gardner Denver is a global provider of mission-critical flow control and compression equipment and associated aftermarket parts, consumables, and services. The company has 37 manufacturing facilities and more than 30 service and repair centers around the world.
LeROI, headquartered in Sidney, Ohio, USA, offers reciprocating and rotary screw compression products for vapor recovery, biogas, and other process and industrial applications. The company utilizes a 250,000 sq.ft. (23,225 m2) facility in Sidney and second 28,000 sq.ft (2600 m2) facility in New Carlisle, Ohio. LeROI will become part of Gardner Denver’s Industrials Segment, continuing its Ohio operations, the company said.
