Danos Eyes US Shale Growth With Two New Hires

Danos has named Justin Gonce as executive account manager for shale operations. Gonce brings 20 years of experience in sales and business development in the oil and gas and construction industries. Gonce will focus on developing a growth plan for Danos’ shale business across multiple service lines. Prior to joining Danos, Gonce worked 12 years at Wood PLC, where he most recently served as senior vice president of operations for its US onshore and Gulf of Mexico operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.

Danos has also named Melanie Hill as business development representative. Hill will focus on developing Danos’ shale regions. She brings 10 years of industry experience from Wood PLC, where she most recently served as director of operations, overseeing its Gulf Coast and south Texas operations and accounts. Hill holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Professional Accountancy degree, both from Stephen F. Austin State University.

Gonce and Hill will support business development efforts in US shale basins from Houston, Texas, USA. The company has eight office locations throughout Louisiana and Texas and has operations across the shale plays of the Eagle Ford, Delaware Basin, Marcellus/Utica, Permian Basin, and the Gulf of Mexico.
