Jerry L. Johnson has joined EnPro Industries Inc. as senior vice president of strategy, corporate development, and investor relations. He has held leadership roles in finance and consulting for more than 25 years. Johnson has experience in acquisitions and was a founding member and partner of the private equity firm RLJ Equity Partners for the last 13 years.
Johnson is a member of the New York Economic Club, Young President’s Organization, The University of Tennessee’s Investment Advisory Council and the College of Engineering’s Board of Advisors, and a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree of science in chemical engineering and earned his MBA from Harvard Business School.
EnPro Industries is the parent to CPI and other companies. CPI designs, manufactures, and markets precision-engineered components for large reciprocating compressors used in chemical plants, refineries and natural gas processing, and transportation facilities.
