Foley Equipment has named Kirk Hay as chief information officer (CIO). Hay will lead the dealer’s information technology, business intelligence, and cyber security operations. Prior to joining Foley, Hay served as the CIO for Jack Cooper Investments. Throughout his career, Hay has held technology roles in senior executive and management in such companies as Jack Henry & Associates, NPC/National City Bank, and J.B Hunt Transportation. Hay holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Evangel University.
