North Sea Midstream Partners (NSMP), a UK independent midstream operator, has appointed Angela Fletcher as chief executive officer. Fletcher has served as the company’s chief commercial officer for the last year. Prior to joining NSMP, Fletcher was chief commercial officer at Ancala Midstream Acquisitions.
