ADNOC Signs 14-Year LNG Supply Agreement With Indian Oil Corp.

ADNOC Gas has signed a 14-year sales and purchase agreement (SPA) with Indian Oil Corp. for the export of up to 1.2 MTPA of liquefied natural gas (LNG). First deliveries will begin in 2026. The agreement is valued in the range of US$7 billion to US$9 billion over its 14-year term.

The LNG will be supplied from ADNOC’s Das Island liquefaction facility, which has a production capacity of up to 6 MPTA.
