Cooper Machinery Services (Cooper) has acquired ICP Industries LLC (ICP), adding the company’s proprietary plating processes and operational infrastructure to Cooper’s growing portfolio products and services.
Founded in 1950, ICP specializes in hard chrome plating for power cylinders.
