Itsab AB, a Swedish compressor and power equipment distributor, will become part of Atlas Copco Group. Founded in 1985, Itsab is headquartered in Luleå and has two additional branches in Gällivare and Kiruna, Sweden. The company sells and services equipment to supply compressed air, nitrogen, oxygen, vacuum, backup power, pumps, piping systems, and rental solutions for customers in mining, construction, and general industry.
The company’s 21 employees will join Atlas Copco Group as part of the acquisition. Itsab becomes part of the service divisions within Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique and Power Technique Business Areas. The deal is expected to close during the third quarter of 2025.
