Global Compression Services, a provider of natural gas compressor equipment, parts and services, has named Michael Dallas as chief financial officer. Dallas has more than 30 years of experience in industrial distribution, mergers and acquisitions, oil and gas, and banking. He brings deep financial and operational expertise to the role and will serve as a key senior management team member, working closely with the board of directors to lead the company’s finance, business analysis, and strategic planning functions.
Dallas holds an MBA and a degree in finance as well as a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor certification from the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors.
