Kodiak Gas Services Inc. (Kodiak) has added William L. Bullock Jr. to its board of directors. Bullock holds more than three decades of financial and operational leadership in the energy sector. He most recently served as vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) at ConocoPhillips. During his tenure at ConocoPhillips, he held multiple executive roles, including CFO and president, Asia Pacific & Middle East, where he oversaw strategic growth initiatives and complex global operations.
Headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas, Kodiak provides contract compression and related services to oil and gas producers and midstream customers in high–volume gas gathering systems, processing facilities, multi-well gas lift applications and natural gas transmission systems.
