Atlas Copco has acquired RM Boggs Inc. Headquartered in Iowa City, Iowa, RM Boggs provides sales and services of compressor equipment. The company and its three employees will become part of the service division within Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique Business Area.
“With this acquisition we enhance our market presence and strengthen our direct relations with end customers in the region”, said Philippe Ernens, Business Area President Compressor Technique.
