Cooper Machinery Services (Cooper) has named Scott Stampka as vice president, engineering. Stampka has more than 20 years of engineering and leadership experience in the oil and gas and industrial machinery sectors. Prior to joining Cooper, he held leadership roles at Siemens Energy, Marathon Petroleum Co., and Hoerbiger Engineering Services. Stampka holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Performance & Change as well as a Master’s of Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University.
