Accelleron has opened a new, expanded service station in Buenos Aires, strengthening its local service capabilities for customers in Argentina’s energy and marine markets. The new facility replaces the previous service station and enhances Accelleron’s ability to deliver lifecycle services across its turbocharger portfolio.
The service station is located in the greater Buenos Aires industrial area and serves as Accelleron’s central service hub in Argentina. It supports customers operating gas and diesel engines in power generation, oil and gas, and marine applications, where availability, efficiency and lifecycle costs are critical.
The opening comes as demand for reliable and flexible energy solutions continues to increase in Argentina, driven by grid constraints, industrial activity and expanding oil and gas development.
One key driver is Vaca Muerta, one of the world’s largest unconventional oil and gas formations, where gas production has risen sharply in recent years.
Rising gas production and the need for decentralized, fast deployable power are supporting investments in compression, distributed generation, and related infrastructure.
