Neuman & Esser has established Neuman & Esser Energy Project Solutions GmbH & Co. KG, bringing together two of its existing companies – ARCANUM Energy and NEA GREEN GmbH & Co. KG.
Neuman & Esser Energy Project Solutions provides solutions for green gases, including biomethane, carbon dioxide, and hydrogen applications, as well as e-fuels, covering the entire project lifecycle.
Headquartered in Holzwickede, Germany, the new company delivers end-to-end solutions for biomethane, CO₂, hydrogen, and e-fuels, covering the full project lifecycle from feasibility through to operation. Previously, NEA GREEN focused on early-stage advisory and project development, while ARCANUM specialized in engineering, construction, and operation — particularly in biomethane and biogas.
Sören Auricht has been named managing director of the company.
ARCANUM has specialized in project development, project management, and operation of biomethane plants since 2005. From conception to initial start-up, its clients are energy suppliers and waste management companies, municipalities, farmers, industrial, and commercial enterprises.
Founded in 2021 as a business unit within Neuman & Esser, NEA GREEN GmbH & Co. KG specializes in hydrogen and other green gases, offering consulting, project development, and implementation services across the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects.
