Finning South America has appointed Sebastian Reisch as Executive President. Reisch has 19 years of experience with the company and has held leadership roles across South America and Canada. Throughout his career at Finning, he has led key functions including finance, supply chain, customer experience, performance solutions, and product Support.
Reisch succeeds Juan Pablo Amar, who is beginning his retirement transition after 30 years with the company. Amar will continue to support Finning as a consultant through November 30, 2026, ensuring a smooth leadership transition.
Finning South America is the authorized Caterpillar dealer for Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, and Uruguay, providing equipment, power systems, parts, and aftermarket services to the region’s resource and industrial sectors. The company specializes in solutions for drilling, production, gas compression, and power generation.
