Everllence has signed three 10-year long-term service agreements (LTSAs) covering 20 engines for power projects in Malaysia with Petronas Gas Berhad and its joint venture partners.

The agreements follow a December 2025 order for the engines, which will provide approximately 290 MW of combined installed capacity. The LTSAs cover planned spare parts, technical services, and service coordination through commissioning and subsequent operations.

One project will supply power to an upcoming liquefied natural gas (LNG) development in Sipitang, Sabah. The plant will use seven Everllence 20V35/44G gas engines under an LTSA covering 52,000 operating hours.

The other projects will supply regional grids in Sabah and Labuan. The Sabah plant will use six 18V51/60DF dual-fuel engines with approximately 100 MW of capacity, while the Labuan facility will use seven 18V51/60DF engines totaling approximately 120 MW.

Everllence will also provide contract management to coordinate service, logistics and execution planning throughout the 10-year agreements.
