The Gas Machinery Research Council (GMRC) is seeking abstracts for its 2024 Gas Machinery Conference (GMC). The conference will take place October 6 thru 9 in Tampa, Florida.
The GMC Planning Committee will accept papers for the conference based on an informative abstract submitted through its website. All abstracts will be evaluated on the information supplied. The planning committee will use this information to help select papers, assign time slots, and assign technical reviewers.
Submission Types
Short Courses
The Short Course presentation is a 3-hour technical presentation. This presentation should be free of commercialism. Authors must submit a final PowerPoint presentation to be published on the GMRC’s online library.
Mini Short Courses
The Mini Short Course presentation is a 90-minute presentation. This presentation should be free of commercialism. Authors must submit a final PowerPoint presentation to be published on the GMRC’s online library.
Technical Papers
The Technical Paper presentations are 45-minute lectures consisting of 35-40 minutes of lecture and 5-10 minutes of questions and answers. This presentation should be free of commercialism. Authors must submit a final paper published on the GMRC’s online library.
Technology Updates
The Technology Update presentations are 8-minute commercial presentations that detail a new technology, product, or service for 2023/2024. To present a technology update, the presenting companies must be members of the GMRC.
The deadline for submitting an abstract is March 29.
