Cooper Names Two VPs

Cooper Machinery Services (Cooper) has named Debarshi Lahiri as Senior Vice President, Business Development. Lahiri has more than 20 years of experience across multiple functions and service industries. He began his career as a field engineer with Schlumberger and has held roles of increasing complexity and leadership with Siemens and GXO Logistics Inc. Lahiri holds a Bachelor of Technology, Honors degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and an MBA from London Business School.

Cooper has also named Dustin Molyneaux as Vice President, Gulf Coast Region. Molyneaux has more than 16 years of experience in the machinery manufacturing industry. He began his career at Dresser-Rand in 2008 where he worked as Client Service Manager, Commercial Operations Manager, and Service Center Manager. Following the acquisition of Dresser-Rand by Siemens Energy in 2017, Molyneaux held positions such as Director of Sales – Atlantic; Director of Business Development and Digital Solution Sales, North America; Head of Sales North America – Industrial Applications Services; and Head of Global Repair Operations. In 2023, he joined Shermco Industries as Vice President, National Accounts. Molyneaux holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of South Florida and an MBA from Louisiana State University.

Cooper is the manufacturer and supplier of parts, emissions reduction technologies, and after-sale services to a large installed base of engine and compressor brands. The company’s brands include AJAX, Cooper-Bessemer, CSI, Enterprise, Gemini, Superior, TSI, and TXC. It is also a major supplier of after-sale support for non-Cooper engine-compressor brands such as Caterpillar (G3600 engines), Clark, Ingersoll Rand, Waukesha (VHP engines), and Worthington.
