Kodiak Names Executive Vice Present/Chief Commercial Officer

Kodiak Gas Services Inc. (Kodiak) has appointed Steven L. Green as executive vice president and chief commercial officer (CCO). Green brings more than two decades of commercial, operational, and strategic leadership across the energy and midstream sectors.

As CCO, Green will oversee Kodiak’s enterprise-wide commercial strategy, including customer engagement, contract structuring, and business development initiatives. He will also play a key role in shaping the company’s long-term strategic planning and execution roadmap.

Green most recently served as chief executive officer of Piñon Midstream, where he founded and led the development of a sour natural gas treating system in the Delaware Basin. Earlier in his career, he held key commercial and leadership roles at Caiman Energy / Blue Racer Midstream, where he managed over 700 miles (1126 km) of pipeline and 1.3 Bcf/d (36.8 x 106 m3/d) of processing capacity while overseeing nearly US$2.5 billion in capital deployment.

Headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas, Kodiak provides contract compression and related services to oil and gas producers and midstream customers in high–volume gas gathering systems, processing facilities, multi-well gas lift applications and natural gas transmission systems.
