Atlas Copco has acquired Centro do Ar Comprimido do Recife Ltda (CentroAR), a compressor distributor in Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil.
CentroAR provides sales and services for compressors and power equipment. Founded in 1993, it will become part of the service division within Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique Business Area.
“With this acquisition, we enhance our market presence and strengthen our direct relations with end customers in the Northeast region of Brazil,” said Philippe Ernens, president of Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique Business Area.
The acquisition is expected to be finalized in Q1 2026.
