Gas Compression Magazine’s publisher, Brent Haight, was a guest on “The Gas Compression Podcast.” He and show host Michael Haning talk about the global gas compression market and what Haight sees as a bright future for natural gas.
Haight considers the gas compression industry to be stronger than ever and is excited about what lies ahead. “There is a lot of change coming on the horizon, which I cannot emphasize enough, is not a bad thing,” said Haight. “In its core, natural gas and gas compression is a clean energy solution that can really help what companies, governments, countries, and nations are trying to accomplish in lowering their carbon footprint and being better stewards of planet earth.”
Haight talks about how the industry itself is reaching out to the next generation of talent – despite the pull from more visible industries, shares which trade shows and conferences he is looking forward to attending with the return of in-person events, and discusses new resources and publications the team at Gas Compression Magazine brought to completion during the pandemic lock down.
