SGA Grows Its Team

The Southern Gas Association (SGA) has named Amber Oetting as Director of Committee and Member Engagement. Oetting will work across SGA functions to grow market share, member engagement, and revenue by implementing a member-centered, data-driven omni-channel approach to committees, event, and program design and delivery.

Shasta Foy has been named as Senior Manager of Education and Credentialing at the SGA. Foy is responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of certification and credentialing programs for the association. She is also responsible for natural gas technical and leadership education that addresses the emerging needs of the natural gas workforce and their employers.

“I am confident that the engaged and passionate members of Southern Gas Association will enjoy working with Amber and Shasta; both are proven leaders who have track records of improving communication, advocacy, training and enhancing member value,” said Suzanne Ogle, president and CEO of the SGA. “We are excited to welcome both Amber and Shasta to the SGA team.”

The SGA is US natural gas trade association supporting all sectors of the industry. Its membership is comprised of 200 operating members across the distribution, transmission, and gas supply marketing sectors as well as more than 300 industry partners serving the industry as vendors, suppliers, and consultants.
