EFRC Training Workshop – Call For Speakers

The European Forum of Reciprocation Compressors (EFRC) will hold a training workshop September 20 and 21 in Delft, The Netherlands. The two-day event will take place at TNO’s University Campus.

Two training paths will be available:

  • Basic Training: Design And Operation Of Reciprocating Compressors
    • Typical Application
    • Design And Construction
    • Thermodynamics
    • Wearing Parts (Valves, Packings)
    • Auxiliaries
    • Condition Monitoring
    • Operation And Maintenance
  • Special Training: Challenges In Hydrogen Compression
    • Outlook On Future Hydrogen Economy
    • Compressor Selection And Sizing
    • Specialized Equipment (e.g. Electrolyzers)
    • Hydrogen Embrittlement, Integrity, Material Selection
    • Pulsations, Vibrations, And Flow-Induced Effects

Registration begins April 30th via the EFRC website, www.recip.org.

Founded in June 1999 as a non-profit association, the EFRC supports users, manufacturers, and scientists working in the field of reciprocating compressors.
