Enerflex has named Preet Dhindsa as senior vice president and chief financial officer (CFO), effective March 1, 2024. Dhindsa has served as the company’s interim CFO since October 13, 2023. He has more than 25 years of experience, primarily in the energy and financial services sectors. Prior to joining Enerflex in October 2023, he served as executive vice president and CFO at ENMAX Corp., a regulated utility with energy generation and retail lines of business, where he was accountable for the finance and information technology functions across operations in both Canada and the United States. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics & Statistics from Western University and a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University. Dhindsa is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Director.
