Regal Rexnord Corp. has appointed Aamir Paul as chief executive officer (CEO). He will also serve as a member of the Board of Directors. Paul joins Regal Rexnord from Schneider Electric, where he served as president of North America. During his tenure there, Paul held multiple senior leadership roles of increasing responsibility across sales, business operations, and commercial execution.
He holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from Northwestern University and completed advanced management studies at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
