Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases Group (Nikkiso CE&IG) has completed the commissioning of an air separation unit for Coregas, a Nippon Sanso company, in Queensland, Australia.
The new Cosmodyne plant in Darra, Brisbane, will produce liquid oxygen and nitrogen each day, with the potential for further expansion, primarily to supply the Queensland industrial gas, specialty, and medical markets.
Nikkiso CE&IG delivered the project through a coordinated approach between its global manufacturing network and its Australian operations. Key equipment was manufactured at Nikkiso CE&IG’s facility in India and integrated with locally manufactured components and installation services provided by the team in Australia.
